Hunan Hongye Transformer

Our company’s guiding principle has always been to put the interests of our users first and to act entirely with their best interests in mind. For over two decades, we have continuously strived to be pioneers, successfully obtaining certifications including “ISO9001-2008 International Quality System,” “ISO14001 Environmental Management System,” and “CQC Mark Certification.” We have also received support from the “National Innovation Fund.” In 2011, our company was recognized as a “High-Tech Enterprise” and a “Hunan Province Grade-A Quality and Credit Enterprise.” Each year, we have been honored as an “Advanced Unit in Quality Management,” and our electric furnace transformers have been designated as “Famous Brand Products of Hengyang City.” We have successively applied for and obtained numerous national patents, including those for “Special Transformer Oil Tanks,” “Multi-Circuit DC Smelting Transformers,” “Special Low-Voltage Leak-Proof Terminals for Transformers,” and “Fully Detachable Oil-Water Coolers.” Our “Ultra-Low-Loss Electric Furnace Transformer” has undergone rigorous expert evaluation and received authoritative certification. Our products cover voltage levels from 10 kV to 110 kV, with a maximum single-unit capacity reaching up to 90,000 kVA. Our main product lines include: electric furnace transformers (for silicon-manganese furnaces, silicon-iron furnaces, ferrochrome furnaces, ferronickel furnaces, arc furnaces, etc.), calcium carbide transformers, rectifier transformers, and power transformers.
Prefabricated substations and oil-water cooled heat exchangers are in operation, along with a large number of 110 kV-level step-down transformers for mine heating furnaces, all demonstrating excellent performance. These products feature low temperature rise, low noise levels, and strong overload capacity, earning wide recognition from users. In particular, their no-load losses, load losses, no-load current, and other key parameters all fall below industry standards, making them widely acknowledged as high-overload-capacity, low-loss products. Initial stage

Establish Hengyang Special Transformer Co., Ltd.

Reorganization and name change

The company has been reorganized and renamed Hongye Power Special Transformer Co., Ltd.

2012

Strategic Planning

Relocated to the Songmu Economic Development Zone Science and Technology Entrepreneurship Park and renamed Hunan Hongye Transformer Co., Ltd.

Grow and strengthen

Begin expanding into international markets, engaging in foreign trade, and exporting power transformers to overseas countries such as Kazakhstan.

Hunan Hongye Transformer Co., Ltd. celebrates its 22nd anniversary. Its products are sold across China and exported to more than 20 countries, including Indonesia, Cambodia, Laos, and Nepal.
